Monte Carlo School 2011
The Monte Carlo School at DESY in Hamburg aims mainly at PhD students and post-docs who want to learn about the basics of Monte Carlo generators. The 2011 MC School focuses on QCD at LHC. Lectures and hands-on tutorials are given on an introductory level on "MC methods", "MC generators", "Parton Showers", "Hadronization", "Jet Physics", "The Underlying Event" and "QCD at LHC".
