Participants of the workshop have to book the rooms themselves.
A number of rooms have been blocked until 20.11. in the DESY hostel, the Novotel and the nH hotel. They will be attributed on a first-come first-served basis.

DESY hostel
To reserve a DESY hostel room, please read the information and fill out the registration form on the DESY hostel webpage.
Important: In the field "Additional Text" please enter "Helmholtz Allianz". If you do not receive a confirmation of your reservation by email within four weeks, please contact the local organizing committee.

If the DESY hostel is fully booked, you might have more luck booking cheap rooms in the
Schanzenstern Hotels Altona or St. Pauli

For special DESY rates in the Novotel and nH hotel please give the booking code "Helmholtz Allianz".
