Welcome to the Kick-Off Workshop
The workshop will be held from the 3rd to the 5th of December 2007, at the DESY Hamburg.
Most of the topics concerning Physics at the Terascale with emphasis on the LHC will be covered, such as Higgs, SUSY, Top, QCD, Monte-Carlo tools (with emphasis on underlying events) and Grid Computing.
In addition, there will be an overview of the ILC activities.
On Tuesday afternoon, after the parallel sessions of the LHC-D working groups, will be a talk by John Ellis.
At the same time there is a symposium on particle cosmology at DESY.
